JOB OPPORTUNITIES – WAPDA Medical Services: Applications are invited from suitable/eligible candidates for the following Specialist positions in WAPDA Medical Services on a contract (lumpsum pay package) basis.

4. Surgical Specialist / Surgeon – 05
5. ENT Specialist – 02
6. Eye Specialist – 09
7. Gynecologist – 08
8. Radiologist – 06
9. Anesthetist – 04
10. Cardiologist – 05
11. Cardiac Physician – 01
12. Dermatologist – 03
13. Medical Oncologist – 01
14. Sr. Registrar for Gynae – 05
15. Sr. Registrar for Peads – 06
16. Sr. Registrar for Anesthesia – 03
17. Sr. Registrar for Cardiology – 06
18. Sr. Registrar (Medical, Surgical, Urology & Ward) – 04

Qualification & Experience:

• For Specialists: FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomate of American Board or equivalent qualification in the respective specialty, recognized by PMDC, with 3 to 6 years of practical and professional experience after post-graduation in a recognized institution.
• For Senior Registrars:
  • Same qualifications as above
  • OR MBBS with MCPS / Diploma in a relevant specialty with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a recognized institution.

Age Limit:

• Specialists: 45 years
• Senior Registrars: 40 years

Tenure:

• Contract-based (Lumpsum Pay Package)
• Initial contract of 1 year, extendable based on performance
• No regularization or age adjustment

General Conditions & Instructions:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews (No TA/DA).
• WAPDA employees with 2+ years of continuous service on the closing date of applications are eligible for 10 years of age relaxation.
• General age relaxation is included in the age limits mentioned.
• Three years of age relaxation is available for Minorities, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan & Azad Kashmir.
• Retired/discharged candidates on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
• Educational degrees must be verified from HEC-recognized institutions.
• Candidates must apply through proper channels (Government employees require NOC).
