RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of secondary sales system across distribution channels.
- Train distribution staff, field force team on system usage.
- Maintain monthly sales targets in the system to ensure balanced brand-wise assignments.
- Conducts field visits to ensure proper system usage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience required for this role.
- Advanced Excel skills are required, with the ability to create and manage comprehensive spreadsheets.
