- Position: Faculty Coordinator
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience in academic administration, office management, or a similar role in an educational institution is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of records related to courses, faculty, and students
- Planning academic timetables, managing class reports, and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinating with HODs for faculty allocation and providing regular updates to the Dean
- Facilitating hiring processes, including issuance of joining letters and visiting faculty records
- Managing exams, date sheets, results, and transcript verifications
- Organizing meetings, events, and notifications while maintaining departmental communication
- Handling complaints, allocating offices, and managing faculty and student-related documentation
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Dean
