JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the DM Treasury, you would be responsible for the cash management of the whole company. In this role, you will monitor and report the company’s day-to-day financial operations, that includes reporting expenses and incoming cash flows (from branches) to the Financial Controller. Candidates having 4 to 5 years of experience from Retail/FMCG are highly desired.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage the company’s relationships with the banks.
- Ensure that cash availability for the daily operational requirement.
- Manage the cash inflows from customer receipts (cash and bank).
- Ensure that cash is received in the business bank account.
- Ensure that Vendors of the Company are being paid on-time.
- Maintain an accurate Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Record and report cash flows (inflows and outflows) daily to the Financial Controller.
- Ensure that Treasury Activities (by Cash Collection Executives) are being followed according to company’s policies and procedures.
- Monitor activities of handling in-house treasury functions of different branches
- Audit company expenses and financial policies
- Work alongside the AM Receivables for debtor’s cash management.
- Provide Suggestions in matters of improvement of Company’s Cash Management.
- Support the departmental head by providing the necessary data for the departmental KPIs.
- Oversee access to export financing options, as well as SBP financing schemes to ensure optimal cash flow, production capacity, and export growth, while ensuring compliance with eligibility and documentation.
- Any other Ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably MBA/ACCA/ICAM/CIMA Qualified
- Must have 4 to 5 years of working experience in Treasury Department
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
