What You’ll Do:
-Install & maintain fiber optic internet (indoor/outdoor)
-Visit customer sites to resolve connectivity issues
-Drive company vehicles to transport tools & materials
-Ensure safe driving and vehicle upkeep

What You Need:
-Matric or DAE in Electrical/Electronics
-1–2 years’ experience in telecom/ISP preferred
-Valid LTV license with 6+ months of experience

🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead end-to-end FTTX network operations, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Manage TAT & MTTR targets for quick fault resolution.
• Analyze complaints, lead new network deployments & motivate teams.
• Vendor coordination, shift scheduling & process monitoring.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, CS or related field.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of FTTX experience, including 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
