𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad – PK

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Be the first point of contact for customers — helping, guiding, and resolving.
• Upsell and cross-sell GPON network products and services.
• Handle financial queries and billing tasks.
• Track KPIs and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain reporting and cash reconciliation records.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• 1+ year experience in GPON/DSL/WiMAX/HTTF/GSM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
