Transsion Tecno Motors Pvt Limited is looking to hire Assistant Material Control Engineer/ Officer (Karachi)
Qualification:
- Preferably BS/BE – Industrial Engineering
- Alternatively BBA with strong coursework or certification in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement
Experience: 0 to 2 years in Supply Chain or similar field
Responsibilities:
- Monitor RM, SFG, and FG inventory transactions.
- Create and update BOMs in Cloud ERP and share with relevant departments.
- Raise LPRs, process POs, and verify GRNs for imported and local materials.
- Conduct daily stock audits and share reports with supply chain leads.
- Prepare spare part working reports for specific models and share with Brand.
- Collect and analyze material rejection data to determine spare part requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for localized raw materials.
- Conduct sample trials and approve costs, artwork, and soft proofs.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent local inventory stock-outs.
- Oversee material transactions via ERP and analyze discrepancies.
- Support warehouse and financial audits with data and reports.
- Maintain and share inventory and stock audit reports regularly.
