🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive🚨

Transsion Tecno Motors is on the lookout for Sales Executives to join our dynamic team!

📍Location: Lahore, Punjab

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate E-Bike models and accessories.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
• Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) operations, including billing and invoicing.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom at all times.
• Provide daily sales and inventory reports to the Store Manager.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Participate in external marketing activities and promotional events (such as expos, university drives etc.) to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

🕒 Work Schedule:

• Employees must be flexible and willing to work in any assigned 9-hour shift, which includes a 1-hour break.
• Rotational shifts are scheduled on a weekly basis and may include night shifts, early morning shifts, and weekend duties.
• Overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with the company’s policy.

🎓 Education: Intermediate (FA) or Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any discipline.
🛠 Experience:

• Minimum 02 to 03 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors.
• Strong computer proficiency is essential.
