Position: Service Quality Executive
Service Quality Executive The Service Quality Executive will be responsible for mapping out customer journeys and identifying gaps in the customer experience across all touch points. The executive will collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on gathered insights. Additional responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs, resolve their issues and meet their expectations; evaluating customer calls and ensuring customer satisfaction and updating customer service information after each call and preparing service quality feedback reports every month.
Qualification and Professional Experience: The ideal candidate should be Bachelor’s with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in well reputed organizations.
