We’re Hiring: After Sales Service Supervisor – Commercial AC & VRF

Are you passionate about commercial HVAC systems, technical troubleshooting, and customer service excellence? Join TCL Electronics Pakistan as an After Sales Service Supervisor – Commercial AC & VRF and play a key role in delivering exceptional after-sales support for our commercial air conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Commercial AC, Floor Standing (8 Ton+) units, and VRF systems.
🔹 Diagnose complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide on-site technical guidance.
🔹 Ensure all installations comply with TCL’s quality standards and safety protocols.
🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, dealers, and project customers, ensuring timely resolution of after-sales issues.
🔹 Lead, train, and support a team of field technicians and service engineers.
🔹 Manage warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and technical reporting.
🔹 Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, SOP compliance, and workplace safety.
🔹 Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and TCL China to ensure seamless project execution and technical support.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related Engineering discipline.
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in Commercial AC, VRF systems, or HVAC after-sales service.
✔ Strong technical troubleshooting, customer management, and team coordination skills.
✔ Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
