WE’RE HIRING! Senior AI Architect
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, CS, IT or a related field.
EXPERIENCE 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end system architecture: defines services, data flow, model topology and interfaces; decomposes each product into independent, parallelizable work chunks
- Architects and delivers AI enterprise products across model training, fine-tuning, video/image content intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise AI transformation
- Sets the AI strategy — choosing the right models and approach for each job, balancing performance against cost
- Defines engineering standards — code review, branching/Git strategy, CI/CD gates, secure-SDLC, test coverage and QA acceptance criteria
- Owns the cloud infrastructure the AI systems run on — keeping it reliable, secure and easy to monitor
- Runs sprint planning and technical estimation; single point of accountability for security, reliability and what ships to production
Key Competencies:
- Hands-on work building AI/LLM-powered products.
- Comfortable owning architecture decisions and leading a small team.
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional Experience:
- Must have hands-on experience delivering at least one software/AI product end-to-end.
- Strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern development tools.
- Experience with system architecture, CI/CD, Git, Docker, testing, and production deployments.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams and working in an Agile environment
