Criteria:
• To serve as the primary legal Advisor for the Company.
• Managing all Corporate & Commercial legal matters.
• Assist Company Secretary in Corporate & Secretarial Compliances.
• Handle all labor related legal compliances.
• Have full knowledge of each legal case.
• Coordinate with outside Legal Counsel & Summarize cases for presentation
• Should be LLB/LLM with 8-10 years of experience.
Skills and Competencies Required:
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law & Corporate Law
• Must be detailed oriented
• Strong analytical & Communication skills.
• Excellent drafting & negotiation skills.
