KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and manage leads for commercial sales.
- Identify potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Forecast and achieve sales targets assigned for all the products in the designated area.
- Anticipate market trends regarding new developments and identify growth areas with the help of market survey.
- Plan and manage sales of key accounts and distributor network in the designated region for the achievement of assigned targets.
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecast that is aligned with business revenue targets.
- Review critical customer complaints to maintain service excellence.
- Oversee the coordination with concerned support departments for seamless sales operations.
