Job Description:
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Fills Visiting Faculty hiring forms, submits them to HR Department, photocopies documents, and maintains records.
- Collects CVs and educational documents of Visiting Faculty and maintains a contact list.
- Prints recommendation letters and maintains records of various letters.
- Communicates through phone calls and emails with Visiting Faculty for schedules, announcements, course file collection, and other requirements.
- Compiles Theses and arranges Research Symposia twice a year.
Research Projects/IS/Thesis Data Compilation Responsibilities:
- Checks Registration at ZABDESK attendance sheet and creates an advisors list along with their groups.
- Collects proposal forms from Thesis Groups, maintains records, and assigns numbers to each group.
- Collects progress and meeting records forms from advisors.
- Sends invitation letters to well-known educational institutes for Research Symposium.
- Makes arrangements for Final Presentation.
- Assists in uploading thesis results after marked by advisor, external examiner, and Program Manager.
HEC and Other Agencies Responsibilities:
- Collects and provides relevant data required by HEC and other agencies from relevant departments at SZABIST University.
