Position: Deputy Manager – Sales (Sales & Marketing Department)
Education & Experience:
- Masters with 10 years or Bachelors with 12 years of industrial experience along with hands-on experience in the SAP SD module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards the achievement of overall target of CRC / GI Sales.
- Assist senior in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders, and payment).
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Build relationships with existing and new customers.
- Participate in preparation for seminars and exhibitions.
- Maintain up-to-date product information on social media.
- Ensure availability of product sizes in consultation with manager.
- Ensure timely payments from customers and issuance of delivery notes.
- Handle complaints from customers.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data (revenues, expenses, competition).
- Maintain close liaison with end-users to understand their requirements.
- Gain market understanding and intelligence of competitor’s policies.
