We are hiring!

Swyft Logistics is looking for a Delivery Success Captain for its Karachi Office who will be responsible for:

Working cross functionally in a seamless and respectful manner with Delivery Success Leader to implement strategic plan for logistics operations in alignment with company’s vision and objectives.
Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs and guidelines across divisions as per 3PL industry & global best practices and in designing, monitoring of metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues & opportunities for process improvements e.g., delivery ratios, cost per parcel etc.
Assisting in the setting, reviewing and monitoring budget along with planning and monitoring logistics operations; pickup, warehousing/ sorting, transportation, and delivery processes.
Analyzing market and competitors’ trends and making & implementing recommendations to functions accordingly.
Ensuring complete documentation of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes.
Ensuring teams’ compliance to SOPs and industry standards in all dealings.
