JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager – Surveillance & Control Room

For our Head Office based at Karachi, Pakistan, we are seeking applications for 01x “Assistant Manager – Surveillance & Control Room”. Details are mentioned, as below.

Job Description:

Lead the establishment of Sveston Watches’ centralized CCTV Surveillance & Control Room.
Develop the complete operational framework for surveillance monitoring.
Design monitoring workflows, reporting structures, escalation protocols and response mechanisms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for setup and implementation.
Recommend CCTV hardware, software, storage solutions and monitoring technologies.
Monitor live CCTV feeds from retail outlets, warehouses, regional offices, head office and production facilities.
Detect suspicious activities, theft attempts, policy violations, safety hazards and operational irregularities.
Immediately escalate critical incidents to relevant departments.
Maintain continuous surveillance logs and incident reports.
Coordinate with Security, Operations, Retail, Warehouse, HR and Administration departments during security incidents.
Support investigations through video retrieval and evidence management.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage.
Assist in reducing inventory losses through surveillance analysis.
Monitor CCTV system health and functionality.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment.
Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure optimal recording quality and storage management.
Monitor backup systems and recording retention.

Candidate Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience.
Professional certifications in CCTV systems, Physical Security, Electronic Security or Surveillance Management will be an advantage.
