YOUR MISSION:
- Achieve zonal sales, distribution, and market share targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and sales teams.
- Manage distributor performance and expand market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales (preferably Snacks Division).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Business planning & analytical skills, MS Office proficiency and willingness to travel extensively.
