Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to fuel the growth in the Branch’s assigned budget.
- Ensure profitability and growth of the branch by increasing the customer base and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Develop and establish strong relationships with customers in order to market and promote banks products.
- Cross-sell consumer assets products.
- Reviews financial reports, general ledgers and ensures compliance to guidelines regarding transactions.
- Facilitates internal/external audit and ensure compliance with the prudential and regulatory standards and adherence to internal and external policies.
