SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, analytical, and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and an MBA, eager to apply data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced Solar EPC and BESS solutions environment.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โ Assist in preparing performance reports on sales, project deliveries, customer feedback, and operational KPIs
โ Support the development of business strategies through financial modeling, market intelligence, and scenario analysis
โ Create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and key stakeholders
โ Track the progress of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifying risks and delays
โ Conduct product and pricing analysis in collaboration with commercial and technical teams to enhance competitiveness
โ Leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Workspace, and ERP/CRM platforms for reporting and process enhancement
โ Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams to help execute strategic initiatives
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ Bachelorโs in Engineering and MBA (preferred)
โ 2โ4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations
โ Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
โ Exposure to AI tools or automation for business processes is a plus
โ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
โ Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment
โ Understanding of EPC projects, renewable energy, or BESS technologies is a strong advantage
