Job Description:
- Sales target planning and achievement
- Business Development in capacity of retail construction chemicals sector
- Identifying & measuring market segments in retail sector of construction chemicals
- Suggesting brand portfolio & positioning
- Hiring and training of sales team
- Claim, Credit & Recovery Management
- Distributor’s management
- Keep current with demand and supply of company’s products/services, changing trends and its competitors
- Participate in market strategy building
- Oversee company’s sales performance at regional levels
- Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling – Male
- Candidate should have good expertise for retail business management
- MBA or equivalent (from reputable university)
- Willing to travel all across Pakistan
