IT EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level IT support for all users at the Ethanol Plant site.
- Maintain computers, printers, network, CCTV, biometric, and other IT infrastructure.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while coordinating with Head Office IT on all major incidents, system changes, and policy compliance.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, software installation, and routine data backup activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, procurement, and service support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: BCS, MCS, or relevant IT qualification.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant IT experience. Candidates with prior plant/site-based IT experience will be preferred.
