Chiniot General Hospital (CGH) Korangi, Karachi is a nonprofit hospital (230 Beds) fully equipped with modern medical equipment’s & providing high quality medical & surgical facilities to affording & non affording patients.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager – Human Resources for the Human Resources Department.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MPA (HR) with 8–10 years of Human Resource Management experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
Core Responsibilities
- HR Leadership & Strategy: Develop HR strategies aligned with hospital goals.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage manpower planning, hiring, and candidate verification.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, SHCC regulations, and maintain HR records.
- Performance Management & Development: Implement KPI-based appraisals and staff training programs.
- Employee Relations & HR Administration: Manage grievances, discipline, attendance, payroll, and HRIS operations.
