Position : Officer Procurement/Officer Documentation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage all purchase-related documents, including purchase orders, IGP (inward gate pass) and Invoices.
- Collaborate with other departments (store, Admin and Accounts) to ensure smooth processes and proper documentation sharing.
- Managing and monitoring purchased items Offloading from company truck to stores.
- Monitor and manage rejection/Replacement from store and sent to supplier.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Graduation from reputable institute.
- Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience.
