About Us:
The Mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SPC floor tile production machinery and equipment. The role ensures smooth production operations by minimizing machine downtime and maintaining equipment efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on SPC floor tile production lines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and report major issues to the Production Manager.
- Ensure proper lubrication and maintenance of mechanical parts.
- Replace damaged machine parts and components when required.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily activity logs.
- Coordinate with production staff during machine setup and operation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase machine efficiency.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Technology or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a mechanic in manufacturing industry.
