JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Monitor ERM and ORM implementation progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Review and update departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure alignment with risk management requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments for products, services, and business processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) from respective owners on a scheduled basis and validate submitted data for completeness and accuracy.
- Update KRI dashboards and provide commentary on trends.
- Conduct regular meetings with business units and risk owners to identify emerging risks, assess potential impacts, and support enterprise-level risk response strategies.
- Update the enterprise risk register with newly identified risks.
- Guide Risk Champions on RCDA methodology and documentation requirements.
- Conduct regular sessions with Risk Champions to gather input on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities.
- Review submitted RCDAs for consistency and completeness.
