Vacant Position: Deputy Manager PPC
Qualification: Business or Textile Graduate/Master
Required experience: 8-10 years (Garment/apparel experience)
Location: 22 KM, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore

Major responsibilities:

Ensure on time delivery of Garments to Customer in coordination with all internal concerned teams
Prepare monthly / weekly / daily / production Plan and issue to respective departments
Prepare material procurement Plan and schedules to Vendors and MMC
Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material
Ensure smooth flow of material and maintain inventory levels to achieve Production Targets
Present monthly / Quarterly Production over view to Managing Directors
Monitor Inventory status and generate inventory reports to management

Required experience: 3-4 years (Technically expert of all stitching production machines)

Major responsibilities:

To enhance the machine operator skill level on production floor
Monitor and resolve the issues of existing machine operators and trainee operators (females)
Liaison with IE, production and Training school within the company
Marketing of training school in surroundings to attract workers for new machine operators
Bridge between production and HR department for reporting and closure of concerns of operators
