Job Description:
- Responsible for arrangement of Hotel stay and Travelling of staff
- Managing Transport Desk operations
- Administrate contracts service providers and monitor compliance with agreements
- Verify all admin related bills for payment processing
- Close coordination with Finance regarding the release of payments
- Maintains healthy relationship with different vendors on services & operations
- Maintain records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Prompt respond to office-related malfunctions and resolve quires/issues.
Job Specification:
Qualification: Must be a Graduate in the relevant field
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Time-management skills
