Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Assistant Manager Store Accessories + Emb” at Site Production Unit.
Job Description:
- Maintaining of Order Ways Swatch Card/ Trims Card
- Monitor to execute all inventory from in house to dispatch
- Responsible to follow up for all running article as per planning sheet
- Make sure to input all relevant data at SAP & excel sheet with proper gate pass record
- Initiate complaint to concern department for any incorrect receiving
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
- Make sure to tractability for all bins in system with tag cards
- Compliance with SOP for issuance & receiving of all inventories / stock and report concerns to senior management
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions are as per defined SOPs
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count
Job Specification:
Qualification: Masters or Bachelors from any reputed university
Experience: 3 to 4 years in relevant field

- Good Stock management
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Time Management Skills
- Operational Command on ERP
- MS Office
