We Are Hiring Unit Head of Market & Liquidity Risk
Department:

Years of Experience required:
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in the field of market and liquidity risk.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Finance/Economics or related field. Master’s would be preferred.
Location:
- Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Oversee revaluation of Money Market, FX, Equity, and Debt portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal limits.
- Estimate and report key risk metrics, including Duration, Convexity, DV01, and Value at Risk (VaR), for different portfolios.
- Ensure timely submission of risk-related reports, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and Basel III reports.
- Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk assessments, escalating breaches and developing mitigation strategies.
- Lead risk culture initiatives, including staff training, workshops, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital operations risk management with a focus on emerging technologies.
