Position : Assistant Manager – Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for all matters pertaining to EOBI, Social Security, and the Labor Offices, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of any issues.
• Oversee the implementation of Labor Laws across the Company, ensuring full adherence to legal requirements.
• Design and execute initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement, promoting a positive workplace culture, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations

Qualification

• LLB with Strong understanding of Corporate & Labor Laws (MBA or BBA Degree shall be an added advantage)

Key Skills

• Effective Communication and negotiations skills
• Proactive and creative mindset
• Hands on with MS Office
