Position: Executive Operations- SUI- Quetta

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers.
• Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Meet PSTN, broadband and IPTV sales target, Ensure Marketing in potential for Sale enhancement
• Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR , MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs, Conduct monthly meeting about progress review of MTTR, Repeat, Denial, MTTP, CHI, revenue and gross sale
• Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement
• Co-ordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities
• Support Development Wing in Rehabilitation of DC under rehab projects Propose new potential areas for MSAG/dry areas and propose MSAGs for LLC Ensure Jointing of underground and aerial cable and testing of newly commissioned OSP network

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BS/BE/BBA from HEC recognized University
• 1-2 years of experience
• sales experience

Position: Executive FAN Ops (HQ)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• The position is responsible for data fetching, analysis and reporting of Fixed Access Network department.
• The development of processes related to FAN, QA & CRM.
• Development of change requests and coordination with related stakeholders like IT, Technical, QA & HR.
• Assist in automatic calculation of KPIs based on target assigned.
• Development of dashboard and tracker to track complete BO (FAN) daily/weekly/Monthly progress.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Data Extractions from Tera data.
• Targets, KPIs monitoring and analysis.
• Documentation & development of change request related to business Operations (FAN).
• Development of BO processes for complaints, provisioning & projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BS IT/Telecom

Experience

• Prior Experience Database, Queries, Dashboards, Excels & Access Network.

Competencies

• Database Management System Knowledge
• Excel Intermediate Level
• Data Extraction, Analysis & Presentation
