Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is Hiring: Manager / Deputy Manager – After Sales (Molds)

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Deputy Manager – After Sales (Molds) to lead our after-sales operations for automotive molds and tooling. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, customer relationship management skills, and experience working with OEMs in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage after-sales operations for automotive molds and tooling.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for customer issues.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective mold maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment activities.
Manage the supply and availability of mold spare parts and components.
Handle warranty claims, conduct investigations, and implement effective CAPA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and suppliers.
Conduct customer visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities.
Monitor tooling performance through defined KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
Drive after-sales revenue through maintenance contracts, refurbishment, repair services, and value-added solutions.
Prepare technical reports, service reports, management presentations, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Vendors.
Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), safety standards, and company policies.
Develop, mentor, and lead the after-sales team to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for management review.

Requirements:

BE – Mechanical / IE, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
6–8 years of relevant experience in automotive molds, tooling, or injection moulding industries.
Strong knowledge of mold maintenance, tooling, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Hands-on experience in handling OEM customers and managing after-sales operations.
Sound understanding of RCA, CAPA, 8D methodology, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and QMS (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).
Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) will be preferred.
