Are you passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building engaging online communities? Al Khair Foam is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team.
Position: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Manage the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Monitor social media performance and prepare analytical reports.
Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Excellent communication, content writing, and creative thinking skills.
Salary:
💰 Rs. 50,000 – 80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
