Procon Engineering (Master Group of Companies) is seeking resumes for the position of Receptionist at its Port Qasim, Karachi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Coordinate with administration for meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Maintain visitor logs and assist in basic clerical and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Intermediate or above
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Experience:
2-3 years in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
