WE’RE LOOKING For (Store Manager – Factory)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day store operations in the factory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation for stock receipts, issues, and returns.
- Ensure the proper organization and storage of materials in line with safety regulations and factory standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available as needed for manufacturing processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the factory.
- Oversee the issuance of materials to production lines and ensure materials are used efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for stock replenishment as required, based on production schedules.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and security of the store and materials, including implementing safety measures.
- Train, supervise, and lead a team of store assistants, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and stock discrepancies to the management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or store management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
