𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: BSC / MSC Chemical Engineering
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 10+ Years (Relevant experience in Oil and Gas- processing plant- upstream)
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 9 AM to 6 PM/As per Company Policy

Job Detail

Activity planning, work scheduling and monitoring the daily field reports of various fields in operation and under development.
Ensuring optimization of Plant parameters for day to day operations.
Ensuring planned engineering progress with respect to the engineering, deliverables for Tenders and awarded Projects, process engineering planning, scheduling and preparation of progress reports.
Effective & efficient utilization of resources.
Process Design & Detailed Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations,Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders.
Review & development of tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
Review of various engineering Drawings & Documents such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc.
Providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
Ensuring proper division of work & responsibility among the process engineers, providing proper guidance & integration of work done, ensuring good, positive & healthy working environment among the team of engineers to ensure optimum productivity & efficiency.
Involvement and supervision during Installation and Commissioning of upcoming project/Plant.
Preparation & Issue of RFQ’s, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.
Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.
To manage/handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Interface with other disciplines in the field and suppliers of various equipment / spares.
Estimation / engineering work related to bids.
Preparation / review of PFD, P&ID’s, project specific specifications, design calculation / analysis, procurement specification.
Adhere the office procedures.
Familiarization with applicable health and safety regulations.

perform simulations using various software such as Aspen Hysys, Pipe Sim, Flare net etc.

work constructively with others (inside and outside PEL) to achieve positive operational results without disclosing/sharing any sensitive information pertaining to company.
