We are Hiring! Trade Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:
To support the development and execution of trade marketing activities that increase sales, strengthen brand visibility, improve trade relationships, and achieve business objectives across assigned channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute trade marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns across assigned channels and markets.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Merchandising teams for effective campaign execution.
Monitor in-store visibility, POSM, displays, branding, and merchandising standards.
Support trade promotions, schemes, discounts, and other channel-specific activities.
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Track promotion performance, sales impact, and ROI, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure proper utilization and control of trade marketing budgets.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
Ensure compliance with approved trade marketing policies and company guidelines.
Provide market feedback and recommendations to improve sales and brand presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Food / FMCG, or Commercial Operations.
Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail channels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work with field sales teams and conduct market visits.
Knowledge of trade promotions, merchandising, POSM, and channel development.
