RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve regional retail revenue, shipment, and profitability targets.
- Manage the performance of retail counters, terminals, booking offices, and Business Partner sales channels.
- Conduct regular visits to terminals and Business Partners to monitor service quality, branding, operational discipline, and staff performance.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Monitor cash handling, booking reconciliation, credit exposure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in courier, logistics, retail sales, cargo, or service operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or regional leadership role.
