Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification & Experience



  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years post-qualification experience.
  • Age: Not more than 50 Years.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop financial and tax strategies for sustainability and compliance.
  • Lead the finance team, fostering growth and productivity.
  • Create and manage budgets in collaboration with other departments.
  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare timely statements and reports.
  • Implement internal controls for proper fund usage and audit readiness.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for operations.
  • Identify cost-saving and investment opportunities.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and trends.
  • Manage payroll, banking transactions, and asset accounting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as company secretary, managing board documentation and meetings.
  • Ensure accurate filing of tax returns and compliance.
  • Report financial risks to the CEO and Board, advising on financial decisions.

Job Title: Company Secretary

Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification:
    • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
    • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
    • Person holding a master’s degree in business administration or commerce, or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years post-qualification relevant experience. Prior experience of working in a similar role is preferable.
  • Age: Not more than 50 Years.

Job Descriptions

  • Organising, preparing agendas for, and taking Minutes of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Coordinating and attending Board and Committee Meetings and drafting Minutes.
  • Serving as a liaison for Directors, officers, and shareholders.
  • Directing the activities related to the Board, Committees, and Shareholders’ Meetings.
  • Maintaining key corporate documents and records.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Dealing with correspondence, collating information, and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
  • Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance implications of proposed policies.
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
