SITUATION VACANT: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts on contract basis where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:
Deputy Director Technical Statistics (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: One (01)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, minimum 16 years of education with 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized university.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and relevant experience.
- Candidate must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of working experience in Aviation Sector in application of statistical methods and methodologies for data analysis or statistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
- Practical Knowledge of Planning Commission Project Tools i.e. Intelligent Project Automation System (iPAS) & Project Monitoring & Evaluation System (PMES).
- Understanding of IT systems, software solutions & Management Information Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in advanced data analysis & visualization tools.
- Quota & Pay:
- Contract: (03) Years (extendable)
- Merit – 01
- Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered as Rs. 249,588 per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (Including all Age Relaxation)
Deputy Director Materials & Specifications (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: One (01)
- Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree in Geology/Geotechnical Engineering from HEC recognized University.
- Experience:
- Minimum 08 years’ experience in Construction Industry.
- Experience as Material Engineer on mega projects involving buildings, pavements and MEP.
- In-depth knowledge of ASTM, BS, AASHTO, ACI material specifications and testing standards.
- Quota & Pay:
- Contract: (03) Years (extendable)
- Merit – 01
- Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered as Rs. 249,588 per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (Including all Age Relaxation)
Deputy Director Procurement (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: One (01)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, minimum 16 years of education with 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized university.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Law / Construction Management / Project Management) and relevant work experience of project-related procurement and contracts.
- Candidate must be registered as Professional Engineer in Construction Management with Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Experience:
- Candidate must have knowledge & experience of PSDP, PPP & Self-funded projects and procurement regulations (PPRA, PEC Standard Bidding Documents and FIDIC Rainbow Books 1987/1999/2017).
- Basic knowledge and experience of project’s conception, feasibility, execution, project evaluation stages, process and techniques.
- Must be well conversant and have a clear understanding of procurement rules and guidelines and laws of land (i.e. PPRA etc.)
- Hands-on experience and well conversant with:
- Procurement and Bidding types and methods
- EOT analysis and evaluation protocols, techniques, and tools
- Specifications writing methods
- Drawing Standards
