Pak Petrochemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Lead for its Sales & Marketing Department, to be based at Port Qasim, Karachi.

Pak Petrochemical Industries Private Limited, a pioneer and one of Pakistan’s largest manufacturers and exporters of high-quality polystyrene resin, is expanding its business into downstream products and has established a new manufacturing facility at Port Qasim, Karachi.

To embark on our exciting growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented professional to join our team at Unit III, Port Qasim, Karachi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends and develop business opportunities by introducing disposable plastic products with sizes, designs, and packaging options aligned with demand.
Initiate product development activities as per requirements in coordination with the technical team, assess product feasibility, and collect feedback regarding product quality, pricing, design, and performance.
Generate new leads, understand customer needs, present product offerings, and convert other material products into Polystyrene Material Products.

REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution

Experience: Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in disposable plastic packaging products.

Location: Factory located at Port Qasim, Karachi.

The candidate must be familiar with plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and their uses. The incumbent should be a team player and possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
