Globalmarks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven ( Area Sales Manager ) to develop sales strategies, expand distribution, strengthen market presence, and lead sales teams toward achieving business targets.

✅ Strong knowledge of the Karachi FMCG market
✅ Established distributor and retailer network
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
✅ Experience managing sales teams, territories, and key accounts
✅ Experience in both Local Modern Trade and International Modern Trade is mandatory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in FMCG.
Monitor sales performance, targets, and market trends; share regular reports.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution in untapped markets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective territory coverage.
Train and support sales teams to improve productivity and target achievement.
Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge of the local FMCG market.
Established network with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
Good understanding of sales strategies, distribution networks, trade channels, and market dynamics.
Experience managing sales teams, territories, distributors, and key accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and achieve sales and distribution targets.
Experience in both Local Modern Trade and International Modern Trade is mandatory.
