Job Vacancy: Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance (GL)

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.
- Maintain and review General Ledger accounts, ensuring accurate monthly closing entries.
- Record proper accruals and prepare financial statements, including Monthly P&L and Quarterly Balance Sheet.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of all bank accounts and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Prepare store-wise monthly P&L and perform variance analysis against approved budgets.
- Prepare financial projections, budget monitoring, and comparison reports.
- Ensure compliance with SECP filing and reporting requirements.
- Lead and supervise the General Ledger team covering Revenue, Receivables, Expenses, and Payables.
- Manage, monitor, and ensure timely renewal of leases and other financial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Conduct detailed reviews of General Ledger balances and propose necessary adjustments or revisions.
Job Specification:
- Education: CA (Inter), ACCA, ICMA, or MBA Finance.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Technical Skills: Strong command over GL, BRS, and financial reporting.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and analytical skills.
