We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to support product innovation, research activities, and development of new and improved food products aligned with business and consumer needs.
Position: Executive Innovation, Research & Development (IRD)
Department: Innovation Research & Development
Location: Karachi (Factory)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Experience in product development, trials, and documentation will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support in development and improvement of new and existing food products
- Conduct laboratory and pilot trials for formulations, processes, and ingredients
- Prepare and maintain product recipes, formulations, and technical documentation
- Perform sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, and stability analysis
- Maintain R&D records, trial reports, and data for audits and certifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of food formulation and processing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct experiments and interpret results
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple trials
