• Installing and troubleshooting software and networking systems
• Identify and resolve laptop/desktop/server’s issues
• Installing software such as Antivirus security systems, Microsoft office, Windows, Virtual machines, etc.
• Manage help desk calls and work directly with end-users to troubleshoot computer issues, determine the source and advise on appropriate action.
