In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following positions in the area of Office of Secretary Board of Directors based at Karachi.

01. Position / Job Title: Section In-charge โ€“ Board Committees Wings (OG-II / OG-I)



  • Reporting to: Wing Head โ€“ Board Committees Wings
  • Educational/Professional Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 03 years of working experience in a Financial Institution (FI), preferably in Company Secretary Office or performing similar tasks
  • Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good communication and report writing skills
    • Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To make efficient arrangements for Board Committees Meetings
  • To prepare draft minutes of committee meetings and maintain the records of memo received
  • To coordinate and follow up with relevant groups for status updates of the decisions taken by the Board Committees in their meetings. Also, follow-up on implementation report taken by the Board in its various meetings and make amendments accordingly
  • To prepare the extract letter on related matters and maintain the records of the same
  • To maintain and update official records and ensure the safekeeping of office records and confidential documents. Also, ensure to maintain the auditable trail of all such documents
  • To make appropriate arrangements for the scheduled meetings in the Board room
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

02. Position / Job Title: Staff Officer โ€“ Board Committees Wings (OG-III)

  • Reporting to: Section In-charge โ€“ Board Committee Wing
  • Educational/Professional Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 01 year of working experience in a Financial Institution, preferably in Company Secretary Office
  • Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good communication and report writing skills
    • Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

03. Position / Job Title: Support Officer โ€“ Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)

  • Reporting to: Department Head โ€“ Management Credit Committee Wing
  • Educational/Professional Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 01 year of Banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking)
  • Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required:
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good communication and report writing skills
    • Good analytical skills with attention to detail

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To review Management Credit Committee (MCC) memos before receiving from the concerned group to ensure that the memos are prepared in line with the directives of the committee
  • To receive MCC memos, maintain record through tracking numbering in MIS, preparing notices, agenda/minutes/extracts, etc.
  • To send draft minutes of the committee meetings to the concerned groups for vetting/review and follow-up with the concerned groups to timely receipt of vetted minutes
  • To send copies of minutes to members of MCC, CRMG, and respective Business Group(s) for vetting/implementation
  • To assist the Department Head MCC in maintenance of the record of MCC meetings and respond to the queries raised by concerned quarters, including but not limited to SBP/NAB/FIA etc. as the case may be, if so, approved by the Chairman MCC
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Assessment Test / Interview(s):
Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).

Employment Type:
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bankโ€™s Policy / rules.
