We Are Hiring: NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position: Director (Public Engagement)
Age: Age (Max): 55 Years
Salary in PKR (Minimum): (450,000/-)

Educational Background

16 Years Education (Bachelors 4x Years)
OR
Bachelors 2x Years & Masters 2x Years in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent from HEC Recognized University

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in public relations, community engagement, media planning, and campaign management at senior level.
Lead the development and execution of multimedia campaigns to raise public awareness about NADRA’s services and initiatives.
Identify key stakeholders, target audiences, and manage outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Provide communication and media training to NADRA employees, preparing them for media interactions and interviews.
Facilitate public consultations, online and physical Kachehris, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable feedback on policies and projects.
Collaborate with community groups, NGOs, government agencies, and media personnel to enhance NADRA’s outreach and engagement efforts.
Manage digital platforms, including social media, to foster public interaction and maintain a positive online presence.
Draft press releases, manage media relations, and act as NADRA’s spokesperson, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the public.
Monitor and assess the impact of public engagement efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Proven track record of successful campaign management and media relations.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions

Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during interview.
