CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: We are seeking applications from qualified candidates to hire dynamic and career-oriented professionals for a project. The positions are offered on a contract basis for a duration of 1 year, up to 30th June 2025 (extendable) with a market-based salary. These positions will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

1. Project Manager (PPS 9)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Minimum Age: 50 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Medical Doctor with a postgraduate degree in Public Health, specializing in Health Policy and Systems Development.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the health sector at national/international levels.
  • Experience in project management and working with development partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and surveillance databases.

2. Finance Manager (PPS 8)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-40 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial management in public/private sectors.
  • Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and policy implementation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, SPSS, and other financial databases.

3. Procurement Manager (PPS 8)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-40 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, PPRA rules, and consultancy services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4. Admin Officer (PPS 7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-35 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Admin Officer.
  • Experience in grant management and administrative support duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Database Officer (PPS 7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-35 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in database management.
  • Proficiency in working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.
  • Expertise in SPSS/Excel and health data management.

6. Communication Officer (PPS 7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-35 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism.
  • 5-7 years of experience in health communication and media planning.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools such as social listening, PR, and media strategy.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel if needed.

7. Training Officer (PPS 7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-35 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Education.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a trainer in health projects.
  • Expertise in training methodologies, succession planning, and communication.

8. M&E Officer (PPS 7)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 30-35 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in Public Health.
  • 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating public health initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project reporting, M&E tools, and data management.

9. Office Assistant (PPS 5)

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Range: 25-30 years
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences.
  • 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Instructions:

• Candidates meeting the qualifications may submit their applications with attested photocopies of academic documents, CNIC, domicile, and a passport-size photograph to Project Director (NHSP) within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
