Position: Supply Chain Executive

Description:

Mon Salwa (Quick Food Industries Private Limited) is looking for Supply Chain Executive to join its Factory team at Lahore.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably an MBA in Supply Chain Management.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of supply chain experience in the relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities Include

Analyze production plans to determine material needs, considering stock levels of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and technical spare parts for accurate forecasting.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs, negotiate contracts, and create purchase orders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical specifications for machinery and spare parts purchases.
Oversee the logistics, receipt, and inspection of RM, PM, and technical spare parts, ensuring efficient processing and distribution in line with purchase orders.
Conduct month-end stock counts of RM, PM, and technical spare parts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Position: Executive Taxation

Description: Mon Salwa (Quick Food Industries Private Limited) is looking for Executive Taxation to join its Finance team in Karachi.

Qualification: CMA Part Qualified, proficient in IRIS and SRB portals for tax compliance.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities Include

Prepare and submit the monthly Annexure C of the sales tax return, ensuring accuracy and timely compliances.
Review vendor withholding tax calculations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with tax laws.
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of quarterly withholding statements u/s 165.
Manage monthly salary tax deductions and ensure submission of the annual salary tax statement u/s 149.
